La Paix rates & cancellation policy

Breakfast R120 (coffee/tea, cereal, yoghurt, egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, toast, fruit juice).
Breakfast is served from 7am excepting Sundays where the time is 8am.
Children 6 years and younger R45.

Dinner (Set Menu)
Usually Karoo Mutton (chops, shank or roast, chicken schnitzel ,vegetables, chips and salad)

Two course (main and desert including a soft drink) R150.
Single course (main and soft drink) R190.

Dinner is served from about 6:30 pm until 8:30
*Exceptions to the meal times can be organised to suit your needs.

Children 6 years and younger R 60

Lunch pack : R150 (includes soft drink / still water, biscuits, health/energy bar, choice of various toasted sandwiches, fruit, small yoghurt )

We have Braai facilities.

Our meals are freshly prepared and are very delicious

We maintain the right to change our rates without notice except where bookings have already been confirmed.

Rates include VAT.

Out of season 11 January till 5 December:

• 7 days or longer before date of arrival – full refund
• 4-6 days’ cancellation before date of arrival – 75% refund
• 3-5 days’ cancellation before date of arrival – 50 % refund
• 0-2 days’ cancellation before date of arrival – No Refund

In season 6 December till 10 January:

• 7 Days or longer cancellation before arrival – Full refund
• 5-7 days’ cancellation before day of arrival – 50 % refund
• 0-4 days’ cancellation before day of arrival – No Refund

Cancellation must be in writing, no verbal cancellations are acceptable.

Meal bookings cancelled at meal times are to be paid in full.

Generally, we require prepayment from travel agencies (we will make exceptions by arrangement).

Pet policy:
We are not pet friendly, we are pet permissible, according to our conditions.

Please take note of our conditions.

1. No pet is allowed to roam freely on La Paix grounds. Pets must always be on a leash at all times.
2. If your pet needs exercise make use of the public park in Pienaar street across the road from units 8, 9 and 10 or take your pet for a walk in the neighborhood.
3. Not all people like dogs, some people are petrified of dogs please respect the other guests.
4. Pets must be house trained.
5. Pets must have their own bedding and are not allowed on our beds and furniture. (You will be billed for soiled linen should we find hair etc on our bedding)
6. Please inform reception, should you have a dog.
7. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs and people please don’t bring your dog to La Paix.
8. Maximum of two dogs per unit.
9. Pet stay is R100 per dog.
10. If you are not in agreement with our pet policy, kindly book at another facility.
